My first "beach body" experience after getting into fitness, ca. 2011. This was at SirenFest in Coney Island. One of the best days of my life. I received many compliments from friends.

Got that meal prep on deck: white quinoa, sprouted lentils with tumatuhs, and chik'n by @jadabrands which is sick for meal prep.
6'5" vegan asthmatic ectomorph injured over-35....how many different ways do we need to qualify our achievements in order to think we're "pretty good for a..."? Not even "good enough," just "pretty good"? What's the point of starting if you can never be "good enough"?
