285, almost one year after my injury. Felt amazing. Felt like I could've done 300 but I said to myself, "Don't get greedy." I know it looks like my hips are never fully set in one spot; I plan to work on that. Still, a damn solid lift.
Was it hard to set this up? Yes. Was there a distinct possibility of smashing my face? Absolutely. Could I have done it if I was less tall? Probably not. But I'll tell you, to feel good doing lower back extensions after my injury (almost a year ago), is pretty amazing. At home on top of that. And getting this functionality out of my reverse hyperextension bench is also "greatifying."
